If none of these apps are interesting to you, here is how you can reassign it to any app that is useful to you so you can run it without even logging in, thanks to Winaero for sharing this trick.
Open Registry Editor and navigate to the following key:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
Create a new registry key and name it utilman.exe.
Then, create a new string value in the right side panel and call it “Debugger“.
Now set the application’s full path as the value to this new string. For example, to assign Task Manager as the app to the Ease of Access button you can set the following value to Debugger string created above.
C:\Windows\System32\taskmgr.exe
