In Windows 8 and 8.1, you can pin the Recycle Bin onto the Start Screen. And that capability has been carried over to Windows 10 on both Start Screen and the new Start Menu. What’s even better is that now you can pin it onto the Taskbar as well.
You can’t pin it directly from its context menu. You will have to right-click the Recycle Bin on the desktop and Pin to Start first.
Then, go to Start Menu, right-click the Recycle Bin and Pin to taskbar.

It looks pretty cool. But at the moment in Technical Preview, you can’t do much about it other than opening it up from Taskbar. You can’t drag things into it, and you can’t even empty it. Maybe and hopefully this will change in the later release.
