Windows 8 RTM Available on TechNet and MSDN Subscriptions

As planned, Windows 8 RTM is available on both TechNet and MSDN Subscription download center. If you are the subscriber to one of them, it’s time to go and download your own copy to try out what’s new in the final version of Windows 8.

Windows 8 Enterprise seems to be only available in MSDN subscriptions, as they show unavailable in my TechNet account.

Also note that you’ve only got 2 active licenses for it from your TechNet Subscription so be sure use them wisely. And never share them with anyone outside your network. MSDN Subscribers are a bit luckier since they got 10 license each for Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro.

Microsoft also released a 90-day trial version of Windows 8 Enterprise edition to developers who don’t have the access to either subscription based download center. Here are the links:

  1. I installed Windows Enterprise Edition Evaluation Version on my tablet (I had a Samsung tablet I got from Microsoft BUILD 2011), and tried using the Windows 8 PRO license I bought from Microsoft Store. It says the product key is right, but I have to use Windows 8 Set up…

Does anybody know how to fix this?
