All-In-One Tray is a minimize-to-tray application that also brings all system tools into one single place so that you can easily launch any of them right from the system tray. It’s also a portable tool that you can directly launch without installation after the download and extraction. However, the download file is compressed and zipped in 7z format, which you will have to use the popular open source free tool 7-zip to extract.
Once launched, you can start using it right away without any configuration involved. You can also set it up so that it launches automatically when the computer starts.
Not only that, you can also include 4 your favorite tools into the launch tray through the User custom Path in the configuration page.
The nice part, the tool also provides a small command-line utility NirCmd that allows you to do some useful tasks without displaying any user interface. For example, running
nircmd.exe monitor off
will turn your monitor right off. And running
will put your computer into standby mode. And running
nircmd.exe clipboard readfile “c:\myfiles\info1.txt”
will copy the content of info1.text file into the clipboard. And many more, some of them are quite interesting.
All-in-One Tray works well in Windows 7, both 32-bit and 64-bit.
