If you ever used any version of Windows 10 Insider build, you will notice a Windows 10 version number always embedded at the bottom right corner of your desktop. It could be useful to keep you informed whether your system is up-to-date or not.
But that watermark never appears on my final release of Windows 10. Here is a quick trick on how to add it back, if you are interested.
It will be a registry tweak. So let’s open Register Editor and navigate to the following key location.
And double-click the value called PaintDesktopVersion on the right-side pane and set it to 1.
Once done, close the Registry Editor and restart Windows Explorer process.
Now let’s take look at the desktop again. Guess what, it appears on all your monitors.
