The wait is over, new iTunes 11 was promised back in Sept this year is finally due. Doesn’t matter if you are a fan of iTunes or not. For me there is always something to appreciate when there is a major UI change for any software. You can always find new and interesting ideas from the new design, and this new version of iTunes is full of it.
This is how the store now look like. They removed the left navigation panel completely, all the navigation are now on the very top of the application.
From there you can navigate to all the places as before.
One of the biggest change is the music’s Album’s view. It’s more like how iOS’s folder dropdown, contains a list of songs from an Album when you click on the cover.
With all the new changes, there are still alternative views to switch back to the old list if you are prefer that option.
