One of the notable things Microsoft’s doing in Creators Update is its revamped and modernized new Paint app for Windows 10. It’s designed to make 3D object creation easy across devices with a regular mouse and keyboard, touchscreens, and stylus input. Sketch a flat drawing with the inflate tool and watch it instantly balloon into a puffy, 3D object, then stick pictures of your dog, a rainbow, or your friend’s faces right onto the 3D models.
Microsoft published a preview version of Paint 3D in the Windows Store, free for Windows Insiders to download, install and test out. It requires the Windows 10 Creators Update (Build 14800 and greater).
