Microsoft released a downloadable document that lists keyboard shortcut keys that you can use from the desktop in Windows. It’s a 2-page Word format file that is part of the IT Showcase Productivity Guide.
By looking at the list, most of them are known and have been around in Windows 7 and Windows 8. But there are still a few of them designated only to Windows 10. Here are 10 of them:
Win + A – Open Action Center
Win + C – Launch Cortana into listening mode.
Win + H – Open the Share charm
Win + S – Launch Cortana
Win + V – Cycle through notifications
Win + Tab – Open Task view
Win + Ctrl + Left/Right arrow – Switch to the next or previous virtual desktop
Win + Ctrl + D – Create a new virtual desktop
Win + Ctrl + F4 – Close the current virtual desktop
Win + ? – Launch the Windows Feedback app
