Cyberduck is A FREE All-in-One File Cloud Transferring Tool


When it comes to transferring files between your computer and the cloud, whether it’s on a FTP server, or Google Docs library, or Amazon S3 data center, Cyberduck is all you need on your computer to perform this type of work.

It is an free open source tool that connects to almost all popular server that runs major file sharing protocol. It connects to FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, Amazon S3, Windows Azure, Rackspace Cloud, and even Google Docs. If you have a need dealing with any one or more of these online storage services, look no farther.


To start, you can simply download the file from their website and install it on your computer. When you want to make the connection the first time after launching the tool, the quickest way is just to click Open Connection button on the tool bar to go from there. You can select the desired type of connection from the top drop down menu, which provides you a long list of service to choose from.



The tool also combines the editing feature so that you don’t need to download the text file just for quick editing. And it gives you the option to choose your own favorite editor. By default, it’s always Notepad.
