I am a Slack fan and have been using it for quite a while. I like what I see and enjoy using it on daily basis with other teams I am working with. It’s a great service with a very fair price tag. Even the free version provides enough features that can get you going without any issue. It’s truly a leader in this area by miles.
Back in November 2016, Microsoft announced a new chat-based workspace in Office 365 called Microsoft Team, going head-to-head directly with Slack. It’s naturally integrated with the familiar Office applications and is built from the ground up on the Office 365 global, secure cloud. If you are already an Office 365 user, here is also a list of information to help you get off the ground.
With Slack set to launch the Enterprise version of their app, entering Microsoft’s territory, it would be a great idea to put together a detailed, visual comparison between what both apps have to offer.
