Feel free to go ahead and click More Info and choose Run anyway at the next window to launch it.
Once launched, you will start seeing this fat duck Honk Honk around on your desktop, occasionally leaving his footprints behind him. If you leave him alone, he will feel bored and start dragging out the random windows, Goose Notepad out that will stay on top of whatever application you are running.

Trying to close these windows by clicking the X icon? Good luck, he will chase and drag your mouse away from your control.

/Update/ Turns out, you can simply press and hold the ESC key to terminate and exit the Desktop Goose.

You extract the file somewhere and inside the folder you can access it. The initial download is not an installer.

You probably need to extract it to a different file location and then open is from there!
make a new folder put that file inside a folder after that open the folder click extract and say yes to all then open the folder and then youll see everything in there click the goose thingy and it will appear

I. Hate. This. Downloaded it for fun and my home screen did look different so I deleted the chrome extension and even though this was 1-2 weeks ago I continue to get spam notifications that take me forever to get rid of. Please keep in mind that I am ELEVEN and I get spam notifications telling me that my payment info was leaked and that I need to do a PC scan. No I will not be listing to it because I am not stupid but this is HARASSMENT IT NEEDS TO STOP.
